Today seems to be nothing but bad news after bad news to commuters. I woke up this morning hearing that a TTC maintenance works has been killed by a train and that impacted the morning commute for thousands this morning in the Toronto. It doesn’t really impact me because I drive but I can only imagine how many people made in on time to work.
The return home wasn’t any better. The 403 eastbound is closed due to an accident that claimed the lives of two people and sent one to the hospital. The stretch of Winstonchurchill to Erin Mills parkway is closed until the police investigation will be completed. It appears to be a very bad and a tractor trailer is still on its side.
